Refund & Returns Policy

Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, sealed, and in the original packaging.

Non-returnable items:

  • Opened or used products
  • Gift cards

A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be issued if:

  • Item shows signs of use
  • Item is not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error
  • Item is returned after 7 days from delivery

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within a few days.

Exchanges

Shipping Returns
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Consider using a trackable service or purchasing shipping insurance for expensive items.
